Shipping policy

We ship our products worldwide from either Japan or the United States, depending on the item.

For customers in Japan: Orders are shipped from within Japan within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

For customers outside Japan (including the United States): Delivery typically takes 1–3 weeks, depending on the item and shipping origin.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon delivery, depending on your country's regulations. These charges are not included in the shipping cost at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Some items from our partner shop (such as notepads, T-shirts, and hoodies) are available for shipping within Japan only and cannot be shipped internationally.
