For ordering both the planner and a custom portrait, please choose from the option menu. Both A5 and A4 sizes are available.
When placing an order, please be sure to enter your email address. After your order, send your photo, desired details, changes, and additional items along with your name via email to (info@yukayasutomi.com). Please note that delays in sending the email may cause delays in the production schedule.
Additional Notes:
- Portraits are original artworks only and do not include frames.
- Copyright for the portraits is not transferred. Reproduction, secondary use, and commercial use are prohibited.
- No modifications can be made after the artwork is completed.
- Portraits may be shipped separately from the planner.
Worldwide shipping is available. For customers outside of Japan or the US, delivery may take 2-3 weeks after shipping. Each item will be handled with maximum care and carefully packed in a protective cello bag. Please note that for international orders, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the shipping costs at checkout and will be the customer's responsibility.
